British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced his resignation as Labour leader on Monday, triggering a leadership contest. The move follows months of declining approval and internal party pressure.

Band and Venue Respond

Goose posted on Instagram, saying, “We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred at tonight’s show. We extend our deepest sympathy to everyone affected. Thank you to the emergency personnel and venue staff who stepped in with care and support.”

An MSG Entertainment spokesperson told Nexstar’s PIX11: “While we await the police report on the tragedy at last night’s Goose concert, we are deeply saddened by the loss of a fan’s life at Madison Square Garden. Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the concertgoer.”

The incident comes amid a broader national conversation about concert safety, as recent events have highlighted the risks of large venue gatherings. For example, the America250 concert in Los Angeles has drawn attention to security protocols, while the collapse of Trump’s Freedom 250 concert underscored the political tensions that can surround live events.

Kueker’s death is a somber reminder of the unpredictable dangers that can arise even in controlled environments. The NYPD continues to investigate the circumstances, but no further details have been released.

MSG Entertainment has not announced any changes to upcoming events at the venue. The band Goose has canceled their remaining tour dates out of respect for the victim and his family, according to their social media.
